Our capabilities include manufacturing technologies such as thin-film deposition (silicon, alumina, BeO, AIN, ferrite, quartz, glass, sapphire, fused silica and titanates), thick-film screen printing (hybrid interconnects on ceramic), low-temp co-fired ceramics (glass-ceramic multilayer substrates). Products are designed and manufactured in one of APITech's MIL-PRF-38534 Class K certified facilities.
