Project Update: Thursday, May 9
This week, May 6 through May 10, expect lane, ramp and street closures along US-50 in Sacramento.
Nearby residents can expect loud construction noise as contractors are scheduled to perform demolition work, remove concrete, pour pavement, and conduct striping activities.
ALERT: On westbound US-50, the far right lane between 59th Street onramp and Stockton Boulevard exit is now “EXIT ONLY” for Stockton Boulevard. The lane has been re-striped and additional signage will be installed to indicate the new lane status.
REMINDER: There are currently 2 traffic splits and 2 shifts on westbound US-50. Please #BeWorkZoneAlert and always slow to 55 MPH in the construction zone.
*All work is scheduled to begin as listed but subject to change due to traffic incidents, weather, availability of equipment and/or materials, and construction related issues.
