ABSDA Updates

 

ABSDA met with Member Representatives in Dieppe, NB and Dartmouth, NS on February 6th and 7th to receceive feedback as the Association enters into a Strategic Planning process. The information from these sessions will assist the Board of Directors to focus on priorities over the next five to ten years. Facilitator Ray Hebert lead over 40 individuals through the excersize which includes Member Input as part of the Association's overall strategy.

Robyn Eddy, President of Eddy Group Limited, has announced her plans to retire from Eddy Group Limited effective December 31st, 2019. She will remain active on their Board of Directors following her retirement. Keith Assaff and Jody MacDonald have accepted the positions of Co-Presidents and effective September 1st, 2019 will be succeeding her in leading the company. At that time Robyn will move into an advisory capacity, supporting Keith and Jody until her retirement date.
