The products will be sold at Lowe’s stores and online in 2018 across the U.S. and Canada. In Canada, this will include all Lowe’s Canada corporate and dealer banners (RONA, Lowe’s, Réno-Dépôt, Ace, Marcil, Contractor First and Dick’s Lumber), broadening our customers’ access to the top-rated tools and equipment. The collaboration between Craftsman, Lowe’s and Lowe’s Canada will bring some of the most innovative products into our home improvement shopping experience, allowing passionate DIYers and Pro customers greater access to high-quality offerings that will help them complete their home improvement and construction projects. Craftsman is a great addition to our strong lineup of trusted tool and equipment brands, a roster that will continue to include our private-label brand, Kobalt. Lowe’s Canada is proud to be a partner-of-choice for the Craftsman brand and look forward to sharing additional information in 2018.
Lowe’s Canada and Ace Canada are proud to announce that all Ace branded dealer stores throughout the country will be offering the “Click & Collect” service to their customers before year end. This new service, which allows Canadians to choose from thousands of products on the acecanada.ca website, make online purchases and collect their order in their local Ace dealer store, is being deployed in waves this Fall. After successfully testing the service in five pilot stores during the last few weeks, Ace Canada extended the program to 21 additional stores recently, with the remainder stores joining in late November. Canadian customers purchasing products from the Ace Canada website will be able to collect their order in-store seven to ten days following their online transaction. Customers are invited to visit acecanada.ca and select their local Ace dealer store to learn more about this new service.
