Canadian Business and Maclean’s today ranked TalentSphere Staffing Solutions  No. 107 on the annual Growth 500,
the definitive ranking of Canada’s Fastest-Growing Companies. Produced by Canada’s premier business and current affairs media brands, the Growth 500 ranks Canadian businesses on five-year revenue growth. Growth 500 winners are profiled in a special print issue of Canadian Business published with Maclean’s magazine and online at CanadianBusiness.com and Growth500.ca.

TalentSphere Staffing Solutions made the 2019 Growth 500 list with five-year revenue growth of 971%.

“The companies on the 2019 Growth 500 are truly remarkable. Demonstrating foresight, innovation and smart management, their stories serve as a primer for how to build a successful entrepreneurial business today,” says Beth Fraser, Growth 500 program manager. “As we celebrate over 30 years of the Canada’s Fastest-Growing Companies program, it’s encouraging to see that entrepreneurship is healthier than ever in this country.”

“TalentSphere is honoured to be on the Growth 500 ranking,” says Founder, Peter Humphrey. “This achievement enforces our belief that there is a better model for recruitment firms that recognizes the evolving requirements of today’s workforce; Recruitment consultants no longer need to endure suboptimal work life balance and can now maximize both their lifestyle and their earning capacity.”

“The Building Materials Industry has been the foundation of our success” says Director, Stephen Borer. “What we found in 2013 was an under serviced recruitment market that needed a recruitment firm that knew what they were doing and were committed to the long-term relationships that the industry is built upon. The industry has been very good to us and we try to return that favour, as best we can, by providing best in class recruitment service. We have subsequently grown our business up and down the supply chain to service architecture and design firms, construction firms and producers but the building materials industry remains our core focus.”
