The membership vote to change AATB’s state of incorporation from Maryland to Washington, DC, is now open. Eligible members in good standing as of September 12 should have received their ballot and voting credentials via email on Monday, September 22. This important change, approved by the Executive Committee on the advice of outside counsel, will provide a more favorable governance environment for nonprofit organizations, strengthening AATB’s ability to serve its mission and members. Please cast your vote before the ballot closes on Monday, September 29, 2025.
