Refreshed Terminology: Guidance Documents Become Supplements and Tools
AATB has updated its Guidance Documents web page with a new name: Supplements and Tools. This change reflects AATB’s decision to move away from the term “guidance documents” to reduce confusion with FDA terminology. Standards Supplements will now refer to advisory materials directly tied to the Standards, while Tools will include other helpful resources. Existing documents will be renamed as they are revised.
