For the fifth year in a row, AAPA and its staff "adopted" a local family through the Alexandria (Virginia) Department of Community and Human Services’ (ADCHS) Holiday Sharing Program. This year, all 17 AAPA staff members participated in the program, either by shopping, donating funds for gift purchases, wrapping presents, or transporting the gifts to the ACDHS offices. As in previous years, AAPA made a financial donation to this effort in lieu of sending holiday cards.
