ThePort of Long Beach is moving ahead with a $4 billion capital improvement program, including a $1.2 billion replacement project for the aging Gerald Desmond Bridge. The "New Bridge. New Jobs." creative was the outdoor billboard and poster component of a community campaign reminding port neighbors of the new icon that will soon rise on the horizon, and the thousands of new construction jobs the project brings to the city.
