Catherine McGrail, Manager, Cruise Development, for the Halifax Port Authority, has completed AAPA's Professional Port Manager (PPM®) program. Ms. McGrail is the second from Halifax and the 92th candidate overall to be certified since the program’s inception in 1995. Her PPM® paper, "Cruise Growth Strategy & Shore Power Technology," will be available on the AAPA website for free downloading by AAPA members and for purchase by non-members.
