Port Saint John’s Paula Copeland Earns 100th AAPA PPM® Certificate

Paula Copeland, manager of corporate communications & governance at Port Saint John (New Brunswick), has completed all requirements of AAPA's Professional Port Manager (PPM®) program and will graduate with nine other candidates in a special ceremony at next week’s AAPA convention in Houston.

Ms. Copeland, who chairs the AAPA Public Relations Committee, completed the four-year program in just two years. She is the first from Port Saint John and the 100th candidate overall to be certified since the program’s inception in 1995. Her research paper, "An Inclusive Approach to Port Management: Stakeholder Engagement in Practice at Port Saint John," has been posted on the AAPA website.
