AAPA is partnering with Port Canaveral to provide a unique opportunity to learn more about cyber security and make a visit to the world-renowned International Spy Museum at this year’s annual Spring Conference. This program you won’t want to miss!

The proceedings kick off on Monday, March 18, with a slate of high-level Washington leaders, potentially including new House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee Chairman Bill Shuster (R-PA), who has been invited to speak at lunch. Then join us Monday evening for a behind the scenes visit to the International Spy Museum – only a few blocks away from the hotel.

On Tuesday, in addition to influential port industry experts, Marcus Sachs, vice president, National Security Policy from Verizon Communications, will speak about the critical emerging issue of “The Rising Threat of Cyber Security.”

The hotel block at the Renaissance Washington books quickly, so be sure to reserve your room and register with AAPA online today!

Nearer at hand is this year’s Public and Government Relations Seminar February 21-22 in Los Angeles titled “Communicating Under Stress: Managing Disasters, Dilemmas & Misperception.”  There is limited space for this popular program, so be sure to register soon.

Planning ahead, be sure to register for the biennial Port Administration and Legal Issues Seminar April 9-11 in Boston. This program covers the latest trends, challenges and risk management strategies faced by port administrators, finance officers, real estate managers, attorneys and risk managers.

Make arrangements today at aapa-ports.org/training. Contact Ed O’Connell to find out about sponsorship recognition and exhibiting opportunities!
