Port Houston’s Patrick Nwachokor Earns PPM® Certification
Patrick Nwachokor, senior market analyst at Port Houston, has completed all requirements of AAPA’s Professional Port Manager (PPM®) program.
Mr. Nwachokor is the fifth Port Houston official and the 123rd candidate overall to earn PPM® certification since the program’s inception in 1995. His PPM® report, Port of Houston Authority Bayport Cruise Terminal Transformation into a Ro-Ro Terminal: A Business Success, is available on the AAPA website free of charge to AAPA members and for $20 to non-members.
