Reviving the AAPA Planning & Research Committee

Planning directors at several AAPA member ports have expressed interest in resurrecting the AAPA Planning & Research Committee.
Established in the 1920s as one of the association’s first standing committees, Planning & Research was extremely active for many years, producing a lexicon of port terminology, strategic planning guides, port issues surveys, an annual volume of port research papers, and sponsoring several highly successful seminars.
