AAPA Installs Officers and Board Members for 2015/16

During its convention last week in Miami, AAPA installed new officers and elected a board of directors for the 2015-2016 activity year.

James Quinn formally assumed the duties of chairman of the board at the association’s annual membership meeting on November 4. Mr. Quinn is president & CEO of the Saint John Port Authority. As AAPA chairman, he succeeds Kristin Decas, CEO and port director of the Port of Hueneme.

Mr. Quinn also chairs the association’s Canadian delegation, whose other officers include: Chairman-Elect Bernie Dumas of the Nanaimo Port Authority and Vice Chairman Carl Laberge of the Saguenay Port Authority.
