On Monday, April 21, NBC Nightly News aired a segment which featured an interview between Harry Smith and Rising Tide Car Wash in Parkland, FL. John and Thomas D'Eri, co-founders and respectively the president and COO of Rising Tide Car Wash, launched their business to create a supportive environment where young adults with autism could thrive and achieve independence. This included John's son and Thomas' brother, 21-year-old Andrew D'Eri, a vibrant individual with autism.

AL.com The Auto Oasis car wash on Lorna Road wants to tear down its self-service bays and convert its operation to an express tunnel car wash instead. The new plan would have a single express tunnel car wash and 17 vacuum stations, discontinuing the self-service option, owner George Luckie Jr. said.
