Sherman Larson, founder of Sherman Industries, passed away February 5, 2012, in Riverton, NJ, at the age of 93. Sherman Industries, which began as a vacuum company, was founded soon after World War II. The company adapted to meet the needs of its growing customer base, leading it to become one of the world’s leading manufacturers of car wash equipment. Larson was inducted into the ICA Car Wash Hall of Fame in 1980.
