Congratulations to the GTLA members who won election to the GA General Assembly including Sen. William Ligon (R-Brunswick), Sen. Curt Thompson (D-Tucker), Sen. Jason Carter (D-Decatur), Rep. Stacey Godfrey Evans (D-Smyrna), Rep.-elect Ronnie Mabra (D-Fayetteville), and Rep. Dusty Hightower (R-Carrollton).
In addition, congratulations are due to Rep.-elect Mandi Ballinger (R-Canton), wife of GTLA member Eric Ballinger, and, finally, to Rep.-elect Micah Gravley (R-Douglasville), GTLA Statewide Grassroots Director.

GRASSROOTS REPORT
On Jan. 28, 2012, the West Metro TLA will host Georgia Supreme Court Justice Keith Blackwell in Douglasville at Sam & Roscoe's for their monthly lunch meeting. To RSVP for the lunch, please contact TLA Chairman Jack Clay by email at jack@jackclay.com.
