Update: Establishing a Combat Support Agency for EMSO
AOC has formally proposed a Joint EMSO Combat Support Agency (JEMSO CSA) for the FY2027 NDAA – a policy initiative that could fundamentally reshape how the United States organizes and executes electromagnetic spectrum operations. Modeled after DISA and DTRA, the CSA would unify fragmented EMSO functions under a single organization with authority across the services and combatant commands.
 
Yesterday, AOC Director of Advocacy & Outreach Ken Miller led a free community briefing outlining the proposal, why it matters now, and how the community can help drive change.
