Free Community Webinar: Establishing a Combat Support Agency for EMSO
AOC has formally proposed a Joint EMSO Combat Support Agency (JEMSO CSA) for the FY2027 NDAA – a major policy proposal that could fundamentally reshape how the United States prioritizes and executes electromagnetic spectrum operations. Modeled after DISA and DTRA, the CSA would unify fragmented EMSO functions under a single organization with the authority to coordinate across the services and combatant commands.
 
Join AOC Director of Advocacy & Outreach Ken Miller on March 17 for a free community briefing on what's being proposed, why it matters, and how the community can help drive change. Because of the importance of this issue to the entire community, this briefing is being offered for free and is open to everyone – no AOC membership required.
