Important Security, FVR, and Base Deadlines: Base Access Form (SECNAV 5512) and Foreign Visit Request deadlines have now passed for all Australian and United Kingdom attendees and all US attendees who do not have a CAC Card. Visitors without base access must meet at the Visitor Center (outside of the Mugu Road gate) to be shuttled on. Requests for Security Clearance – required for all US attendees – are due February 26. Learn more about security requirements for Collaborative EW 2026.
 
 
AOC Proposes Joint EMSO Combat Support Agency in Latest Policy Push
AOC is taking a major step forward in its effort to address long-standing gaps in joint electromagnetic spectrum operations, sponsoring a new policy proposal to the US Congress. In the latest episode of From the Crow’s Nest, AOC’s Director of Advocacy & Outreach and host Ken Miller was joined by Katy Nazaretova of Forza DC to discuss the proposal to establish a joint EMSO combat support agency (CSA) – and what it will take to turn that idea into law.

Red Baron Roost Kicks Off 2026 Lecture Series
The AOC Red Baron Roost opened its annual lecture series with the first event of 2026 in Meckenheim, Germany, near Bonn, on February 5, hosted by ELETTRONICA Group Germany. About 55 members and guests from industry, the Armed Forces, and the Federal Ministry of Defense, as well as institutes and academia, attended lectures on the overall topic “Command & Control of Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations.”
