This Giving Tuesday is your chance to support the next generation of EW and spectrum operations professionals through the AOC Foundation. On December 2, all donations made through our Give Butter platform will receive a 1% match, adding extra power to scholarships, grants, and STEM outreach programs. Your support helps aspiring professionals gain the knowledge they need to thrive in the EW community.

EW CHALLENGES AND OPPORTUNITIES IN COALITION WARFIGHTING 
Collaborative EW, taking place March 10-12, 2026, in Point Mugu, Calif., will gather coalition leaders from the US, UK and Australia to address electronic warfare challenges by exploring interoperability, unmanned systems integration, and joint manned/unmanned platform coordination to achieve superiority in peer-to-peer conflicts.
 
Original papers are being solicited from government, academia, industry, operational units, and subject matter experts. If you were impacted by the government closure and needed additional time, this extension offers a final window to prepare and submit your work. The deadline to submit your abstract is November 24.

The Call for Papers for AOC Europe 2026 is now open! AOC invites professionals from industry, academia, military, and government to submit original, unclassified abstracts. This year’s theme, Re-Arming Europe for Electromagnetic Spectrum Superiority, highlights Europe’s collective effort to innovate, integrate, and accelerate capabilities needed to secure control of the electromagnetic spectrum.
 
Don’t miss the opportunity to contribute to this critical dialogue and showcase your expertise at AOC Europe 2026. Submit your abstract by 7 January 2025.

On November 12, AOC Golden Gate Chapter Ragan Wilkinson, along with long-time member Bob Simmen, delivered an engaging presentation to nearly 40 students at Carnegie Mellon University Silicon Valley. The comprehensive session explored the history and future of electromagnetic warfare.
 
 
The AOC German Chapter/Red Baron Roost held its fourth briefing event of 2025 on November 13 at the Electronic Warfare Command facility in Daun in the Volcanic Eifel region. The event featured presentations from Germany's EW Command and EloKa Battalion covering reconnaissance operations, future EW developments, and training center achievements.
