The WVFA Executive Director made a presentation at the WV Business & Industries Council's pre-legislative conference on Dec. 16. WVFA topics included our concerns on the following topics:
* Elimination of the severance tax on timber
* Landowner liabilities for trespassers
* Listing of the Northern Long-Eared bat as threatened or endangered
* Designation of the Birthplace of Rivers as a National Monument

The event was open to members of the 2015 WV Legislature, BIC members and invited guests.
