EPA has released its much-awaited Revised Framework for Assessing Biogenic Carbon Dioxide (CO2) Emissions from Stationary Sources. At 69 pages, it presents at least a preliminary outline of the criteria the agency will consider when regulating biogenic carbon, in the context of greenhouse gas control policy, including from various forest-derived sources.
