What is Lead Retrieval?

Use the WRLA Lead Retrieval app to collect Retailer information at the Buying Show. Simply scan your customer's badges at the show and the app collects all the pertinent information for you. After the show is over you can export your leads.

1. Download the app to your iPhone or Android phone. Get it for iOS or Android at eventbriteonsite.com
   Important: Please ‘allow’ camera access when prompted to enable QR scanning
2. Enter the event code: wrla
3. Login using your company code (go to the Members Area for your company code)
4. Scan badges at the Buying Show to capture leads.
5. Manage and export contact information

Identify the leads that need attention with your own lead qualification questions and scoring. The App allows you to access and export your event leads after the event. 

There are plenty of exciting changes and developments in store for you at the 2019 WRLA Buying Show. Here are some important details to keep in mind as you prepare for your Buying Show experience.

• Retailer registration deadline is tomorrow, January 4, 2019. Register today and avoid delays or disappointment. 
• Download the WRLA Buying Show app in iOS and Android for all show details (search for "WRLA"). This ALL-NEW App is designed for all members (Retailers, Associates, and Affiliates) to navigate the show, and includes the full exhibitor list, specials, new products, floorplan, schedule, speakers, events, and more!
• Education Sessions: January 16 at the Hyatt and January 17 & 18 at BMO Centre (inside Show). Take advantage of these free sessions and sharpen your skills. 
• NEW Education Session added! Alberta Municipal Affairs will be hosting a session on January 17 at 10am. 
• Check out the Launch Pad Live Stage for 30-minute demonstrations of the latest trends and products in the industry.
• Celebrate your colleagues and do some networking at the Networking and Awards Night January 17 at 7:30pm Hyatt Regency Ballroom.
• WRLA Annual General Meeting – January 17 at 2:00pm in Hall D. All are welcome.
• Member directories will only be available for purchase at the Show via credit card payment only. Member Directory 2018-19 is $60 + GST. Any directories purchased on-site will be delivered via mail. No directories will be available on-site.

Notice is given to all Members of the Western Retail Lumber Association Inc. (WRLA). The Annual General Meeting of the WRLA will be held at 2PM, on Thursday, January 17, 2019 in Hall D at the BMO Stampede Park located in Calgary, Alberta.

The purpose of this meeting will be:

• Through an election, to fill a vacancy on the Board of Directors for a Retail Member representing Manitoba.
• To approve the WRLA Audited Financial Statements for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2018
• To appoint the auditor for the WRLA
• To adopt the Minutes of the 2018 Annual General Meeting
• To hear reports from the Chair of the Board, the President, and the Chairs of a number of Standing Committees.
