What's New

The BMCC website is now up and running, visit: www.bmcc-ccmc.ca for news and information from a national perspective.

The BMCC established the website as a shared platform to present the strong and unified voice of the LBM Industry.

WRLA NexGEN has been working closely with Mount Royal University in creating a formal Certification Program for the LBM industry – the first of its kind!  The initial phase of the curriculum is to provide general industry literacy to attract new hires and facilitate those considering a career transition.  Want to learn more on how you can contribute?  Contact Wynne Au, Member Services Manager at WynneA@wrla.org

Calling all WRLA Members who want to share the risks and rewards they’ve experienced when it comes to marketing/merchandising their products. Tell us about your best ideas and biggest mistakes (and how you’ve learned from them). The names of all interested WRLA Members will be provided to the writer of the HHIQ magazine article for further discussion.

Contact Wynne Au wynnea@wrla.org with your details.

The WRLA will be sending all members a link to the 2018 Wage, Salary, and Business Conditions Survey. We ask that all our members please take the time and complete the survey. The results help all members understand the business conditions in the LBM industry, as well as provide benchmark data to all our members. Results will be compiled into a report and shared with current (i.e. valid) members of the WRLA. Ensure you are on the mailing list by renewing your membership.

It's membership renewal month! Keep an eye on your inboxes for an email from the WRLA about your membership renewal.

To continue enjoying all of the benefits of WRLA membership, including access to the latest industry news, networking, special events, the Yardstick, the Toolbox, and the Buying Show, renew your membership.

As WRLA members you receive many exclusive deals along with cost-savings on events, products, and services. Stay connected with your industry and continue to build your business relationships by renewing your membership.
