The number one reason retailers attend the Show is to see what is new. The WRLA offers all exhibiting companies the opportunity to display new products and services in our customized "Innovation Station" on the show floor. There is no additional cost to participate in the new product display area, simply complete a New Product Form and submit your information to Krista Scherpenzeel, WRLA Show Manager, prior to January 10, 2018.

Each year the WRLA brings the industry together for three jam-packed days filled with buying, networking, and memorable moments. We encourage you to plan ahead and take advantage of all the networking opportunities available during and after the Show. This year's "Back to the Future" theme guarantees a unique experience coupled with indulgence and enjoyment. Be aware that scammers have tried to sell attendance lists for the upcoming Show. ALL WRLA Members are encouraged to request attendance lists directly from the WRLA office. Lists are available prior to and following the 2018 Show - at no cost! Members may also request general membership lists at any time from the WRLA office. It's important that you forward any suspicious communications to our attention immediately, so that we may inquire and take corrective action where necessary.

All Calgary hotels have a choice to partner with us, and it is important to know who chooses to support your association and you as a member. We ask that you support your association, and only book with partnering properties. The WRLA has secured discounted rates and concessions for our members attending the 2018 WRLA Buying Show & Convention in Calgary, AB. The cut-off for guaranteed discounts was December 15, 2017, however many properties are still honouring WRLA rates. Don't wait - book today!
