The WRLA Industry Achievement Award is celebrating its 46th Anniversary this year. This award recognizes members of the WRLA who have contributed to their business, the building supply industry, the WRLA and the communities in which they live. The WRLA wants to recognize the individual who is or has been actively involved in the building supply industry, who has faced challenges and recognized opportunities, and who wishes to share best practices with the association. This individual has received the respect of fellow members of the association through contributions to the industry, the community, and the WRLA.

The WRLA wishes all riders a safe and fun weekend driving from Winnipeg to Moose Jaw! This Saturday, August 27th WRLA Members and supporters will ride for a very special cause; educating our children about Drug Safety. This ride hopes to encourage better communication between parents and teenagers regarding substance abuse. WRLA Members and Ride founders Vince Croker of Doortech and Doug Gaudry of Olympic Buildings, have organized a dinner and silent auction following the ride and would like to thank everyone who's riding along to the Temple Gardens Resort in Moose Jaw, SK. The consolidation includes suppliers to Orgill Canada, Orgill U.S., as well as the company’s substantial offshore sourcing activities. The company states this change reflects a continuation of its North American approach to the market, and will make it easier to integrate goods from Canadian manufacturers into its worldwide product offering available to all Orgill customers.
