Formerly known as River City Court apartments in the Fan, a unique and historic collection of apartments is now under new ownership and management. Spyrock Real Estate has joint up with Davis Co. to revive over 400 apartments in Richmond. They've partnered with Bonaventure Realty Group to manage the portfolio as they're renovating the units in four phases. Newly branded Midtown Apartments-Gallery & Collection is taking prime location apartments a step above the competition with the addition of washers and dryers, secured entry buildings, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and wood plank floors.

CVAA's Rammy Awards will be held at the Omni Richmond Hotel on Thursday, January 28th. Individual awards as well as community awards will be given to the winners of each coveted category. CVAA has record-breaking entries and the evening will honor industry professionals that dedicate themselves to our apartment association. Member early bird rates will expire January 18th and tickets may be purchased up until the event is sold out.
There was a great turnout at the CVAA's November Morning Coffee, held by Drucker & Falk's brand new lease up in Chesterfield, Oxygen at Centerpointe. Vendors and property manager's gathered in the expansive clubhouse and enjoyed fresh coffee and bagels while guest speaker Chip Dicks with FutureLaw L.L.C provided informative details regarding assistive animals, reasonable accommodations and modification forms. Chip gave great insight for our onsite teams to safely evaluate each request they may be approached with and how to properly handle them.
