The Texas Asphalt Pavement Association scholarship, education and research program began many years ago to help college students pursue a degree in civil engineering. In 2002, the TXAPA Board of Directors implemented the live and silent auction as a means to raise funds for the original scholarship program. Since 2002 an annual live and silent auction has been held during the annual meeting to raise money for the program. Thanks to the generous support of the TXAPA membership and industry partners all TXAPA scholarships are solely funded by this program.

This year's TXAPA Scholarship, Education and Research Auction once again raised a record amount.

If your operations include mechanic shops, painting/striping operations and hot mix labs, then the likelihood of those operations generating hazardous wastes is high.
