TXAPA is looking forward to our 6th Annual 2013 Mid Year Meeting! This year we are headed to Jackson Hole, Wyoming in the Grand Teton Mountains. The meeting dates are June 17-19, 2013.

The Texas Asphalt Pavement Association began 2013 with its annual January Membership Meeting at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Austin, TX. More than 165 members and guest attended the meeting that featured comments from TxDOT Deputy Executive Director and Chief Engineer John Barton. During the meeting TXAPA also recognized Joe Moore, Moore Asphalt, of Tyler as a life member and installed the 2013 Officers and Board of Directors.

Read More... CERTIFICATION NEWS FROM THE HMAC
TxDOT has completed shipping out the 2013 HMAC Proficiency Samples. At this time all Level 1A and Level 1A-E technicians should have their samples. Please make sure that all technicians within your firm have received them. This is a mandatory program and is required for all Level 1A HMA certified technicians.
