As the seasons change from summer to fall and we go from warmer to cooler ambient temperatures, two things become more important to us: Drum Temperatures and Substrate Temperatures. Let's first focus on how to store and prep our drums and then discuss substrate limitations.
SPFA Training & Certification
Since SPFA completed development of the SPF Professional Certification Program (PCP) and publicly rolled it out at its annual convention and expo in February, already almost 1,000 tests have been administered. SPFA members and partners, including Gaco Western, Premium Spray Systems, Demilec, Spray Foam Nation, Bayer Material Science, and the ABAA Conference have all hosted testing sessions.

Like many employers, you may be mining social network sites (which, for simplicity’s sake, we’ll refer to collectively as "Facebook") for personal information about individuals applying for jobs with your organization. While it enables you to unearth information that no resume or job interview would reveal, using Facebook to check up on job applicants feels, well, kinda dirty. But is it illegal?
