Thanks to SPFA Technical Director Rick Duncan, spray polyurethane foam is the subject of quite a few articles in various industry publications. These articles are examples of how SPFA continually educates others about the benefits of SPF and promotes and invests in SPF's future. These articles are also excellent pieces for SPFA members to use for marketing purposes.

While we know that everyone tends to use lag indicators, like quarterly earnings or monthly sales, these types of numbers only keep track of the score, they do not tell the story of how you got there. As we discussed last week, lead indicators measure the actions or activity required to achieve your desired outcome or result, they "lead" the way, and this is why lead metrics are so important.

SPFA Courses and Certification

In our quest to continually improve the SPFA’s Professional Certification Program (PCP) – we’ve put the forms and checklist for each level of certification into a folder for you to easily access from our website. www.sprayfoam.org/certification. These are the same forms that are in each of the handbooks, but we’ve extracted them and made them fillable for you to easily complete. The checklist for each level is also in the folder.
