The State of New Mexico is proposing new regulation for SPF contractor licensing that would require SPFA Professional Certification Program (PCP) certification for the Qualified Person (QP) and the Sprayer. A session will be held Sept. 14, and the public is invited to attend and call in.

A toll-free number will be provided for call in by the state of New Mexico. The public is invited to attend.
