Any sales training worth its salt will emphasize the importance of listening. In fact, there’s an age-old sales axiom, "listen 90% and talk 10%." That’s what the DOE Zero Energy Ready Home (ZERH) team endeavors to do at each annual Leading Builder Round-Table meeting.
