>>Updates on New Mexico's Proposed Regulatory Licensing Requirement 

The State of New Mexico is proposing new regulation for SPF contractor licensing that would require SPFA Professional Certification Program (PCP) certification for the Qualified Person (QP) and the Sprayer. SPFA's Executive Director Kurt Riesenberg attended the Aug. 26 informational session in Albuquerque, N.M., which was an in-person meeting. There will also be an in-person and call-in meeting held Sept. 14 related to this subject.

A toll-free number will be provided for call in by the state of New Mexico. The public is invited to attend.
