So you think you're ready to sell to the government, but is the government ready to buy from you? SBA has lots of resources to help you find and do business with Uncle Sam, but here are some extra steps to boost your chances of being perceived as the winning choice, not the risky one. 

In celebration of Women’s History Month, SBA is hosting a series of online events that highlight women in business and we want you to join the conversation! Here's what's happening through the rest of March:
- March 26, 2 p.m. ET – Webinar on "How to Take Your Woman-Owned Small Business Global." Learn how the SBA’s export loan programs can help to take your small business global. 
- March 31, 3 p.m. ET – Webinar on How Women Entrepreneurs Can Get the Funding They Need to Grow {cosponsored with Fundera}. Learn about the funding options available to women business owners and how to prepare a successful loan application. 

SBA recently published a proposed rule to amend its regulations to establish a government-wide Mentor-Protégé Program for all small businesses as directed by the Small Business Jobs Act of 2010 and the National Defense Authorization Act of 2013 (NDAA). SBA’s current mentor protégé program is only offered to eligible participants in the 8(a) Business Development program.
