The one titled, "OSHA and Sprayfoam: Site Protection for Foam Plastic Installations" has a lot of interest from those who pre-registered. Also getting a lot of attention is "Existing Structures: How to Address a Retrofit SPF Job Properly in Commercial and Residential Environments" by Jim Anderson. Check your Pocket Program for times, details and speakers.

Ty Pennington, the Keynote Speaker at Sprayfoam 2015, offered SPF contractors and show attendees the chance to ask questions during his Keynote Address, and ask we did! This "break from the norm" is nothing unusual for Ty, however, who often comes up with ideas others have not considered, as we all found out when he explained his initial thoughts about getting involved in a TV construction show.

The Contractor Industry Excellence Awards recognize SPFA contractor members’ exceptional accomplishments for the quality of their work, the uniqueness of the project, speed of application, superiority of polyurethane, ability of foam to conform to unusual/irregular surfaces, and special safety considerations. The winners were revealed and recognized during the 10th Annual Contractor Awards Luncheon on Wednesday.

The much-anticipated, sold-out tradeshow floors opened up on Wednesday, and floor traffic was high! More than 90 exhibitors filled the room, though the doors almost didn't open due to one of the trailers having too much gas in the tank (fire marshal rules!). But, the situation was fixed, and the crowds flooded the floor.
