RFMA 2018 Preview: Understanding Water Heaters in Restaurant Applications – Best Practices – with Randy Meyer

This seminar will discuss the operation and maintenance of all types of water heaters in service today. We will highlight the features and benefits of each type as well as their individual type drawbacks. We will outline the proper windows of operation for the equipment and what to do to get peak performance out of them. We will discuss matching the best water heater for your location, type of food and available field technical support.
