Cascades PRO wins Platinum Supplier of the Year Award in Cleaning and Hygiene Category

Cascades Inc. has received the Platinum Supplier of the Year award in the Cleaning and Hygiene category at the Balpex Supplier Summit held in September. This award is presented to a supplier that has achieved exceptional performance in its business sector. Cascades PROTM, a Cascades Tissue Group division, earned this award and recognition thanks in part to an incredible effort rebranding its professional products intended for businesses, industries and institutions.

It was in 2016 that Cascades Tissue Group launched a campaign to promote its professional products now grouped under the Cascades PROTM brand. A major sales and marketing effort made it possible to increase awareness of the product line in a simplified manner.

Sandra Hudon, vice president, North American sales, was visibly moved by the recognition from her customers and emphasized the exceptional work of her team. "Every member of the Canadian Sales and Customer Service team has made an enormous personal effort every day to meet the needs of the Balpex members. I could never thank you enough for your hard work during this transition period and your sustained effort to develop our business with Balpex. And I would like to thank the Marketing team for developing powerful tools and a strong image which have no doubt helped us earn this award."

This award follows the recognition recently received by Network following restructuring of the brand. It confirms that both Canadian and US customers are satisfied with the transition. Cascades Tissue Group continues to support the innovation and development initiatives of the Cascades PROTM brand in its approach focused on customers' needs.
