Companies team up for $274 million project that will retain 800 existing jobs and bring 93 new direct and 74 indirect jobs to Monroe, La. New 1.27 million-sq.-ft. center will consist of a 793,000-sq.-ft. distribution facility and a 480,000-sq.-ft. folding carton converting facility. Graphic Packaging also will upgrade paper machines at West Monroe mill.
