PG Paper Appoints New Manager Director and Sales Manager

One of Scotland's leading paper businesses, PG Paper Company Limited has made two key hires to support its growth plans across its international markets.

The company, established by entrepreneurial couple Poonam and Puneet Gupta in 2003, has experienced exponential growth in recent years and now trades in 55 countries around the globe.

Chris McKendrick, formerly CEO of luxury beauty and home fragrance brand, Arran Aromatics and Cath Kidston has joined as PG's new Manager Director.

Jim McKenzie, most recently Sales Development Director at Antalis, has also joined the ambitious paper company as its Sales Manager.

PG Paper's CEO, Puneet Gupta commented: "We are delighted to have secured candidates of Chris's and Jim's calibre to work alongside Poonam, myself and the existing senior team at PG. Both Jim and Chris bring formidable experience and knowledge, which I am certain will support and develop PG Paper's international presence across our key markets."

McKendrick added: "The entrepreneurial spirit of PG has resulted in exponential growth for the business in recent years. I am looking forward to mapping out and delivering the next steps in the PG success story."

On his appointment as Sales Manager, McKenzie said, "My sights will firmly be on developing our international sales team and working alongside the PG senior team to review existing processes and procedures."

The appointment of McKendrick and McKenzie follows hot on the heels of other international appointments in Turkey and China to support the ambitious company’s growth plans. The company has also established offices in America and Sweden in recent months.
