One of Two TAPPI Nano 2019 Workshops Focuses on CNM Safety


An occupational and environmental safety demonstration for cellulose nanomaterials will be the focus of a three-and-a-half hour workshop, titled Cellulose Nanomaterial Safety: Building a Bridge from Theory to Practice, at TAPPI’s International Conference on Nanotechnology for Renewable Materials. Nanoscale properties will be emphasized by a faculty of industry experts. The workshop will be held Tuesday, 4 June, 1:30 pm – 5:00 pm

Presenting current knowledge, case studies, theory, and state-of-the-art practices for meeting regulatory requirements will be used to explore workshop concepts. Currently, topics to be covered include:
