According to a report this week by RISI, Boston, Mass., USA, major U.S. multiwall kraft paper producers have announced $30/ton price increases for North American customers, effective April 1, following an earlier $30-50/ton price hike on bag and sack grades that went into effect  Feb. 15 - March 1, 2017.

Among producers announcing the increase on multiwall paper were Hood Container, KapStone, Mondi, and Georgia-Pacific, RISI noted.
