According to a report yesterday morning (September 7) by NJBIZ (Somerset, N.J., USA), Imperial Bag & Paper Co. a Jersey City, N.J.- based distributor of janitorial and disposable food service supplies, announced Tuesday afternoon (September 6) that it had acquired Accommodation Mollen Inc. (Philadelphia, Penn.).

Accommodation is a regional distributor in the Greater Philadelphia area of janitorial and sanitary supplies. According to Imperial, the acquisition will provide the companies’ customers with more types of paper products and better customer service.

"With the acquisition of Accommodation, Imperial is able to further strengthen its presence in the greater Philadelphia market, and the combined company will be able to provide enhanced distribution solutions and offer a broader range of products and services to existing and new customers," said Robert Tillis, CEO of Imperial.

The final cost of this newly expected deal has not been disclosed.
