Available roles include:

• Sales and service engineer serving the Ohio River Valley region.
• Corrugator belt service technicians available to travel to customers throughout the U.S.

The sales service representative is responsible for business development of, sales and service in the Corrugator Belt Industry as well as to meet corporate goals within the Ohio Valley region, requiring travel to customers and regularly meeting at customer locations to identify and resolve concerns. In this role, you will develop and maintain sales materials as well as prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.  You will communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate support staff within Albany International.   The person will also assist customer in basic service functions as needed.

 

Our Corrugator service belt technicians are responsible for providing high level customer service by performing technical audits and onsite service. Assisting our customers with installation of belts and troubleshooting and repairing belts when necessary are all integral duties performed by our technicians. In this role you will deliver value to our customers by improving the efficiencies of their equipment.

 

A successful candidate will have a background working in the industry and experience troubleshooting and providing engineering solutions. Preference will be given to candidates who have at least 5-7 years of applicable industry experience or either an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or Business Studies.

Additional qualifications include:

• Self-starter with the ability to work independently
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written to provide effective and timely communications
• Availability for regular overnight travel.  Travel will be determined by location of the individual to support the primary customers.
