OpEx is a one-day program track at TAPPI’s PaperCon 2016 event in Cincinnati, Ohio, USA. Mill personnel, paper industry consultants, and suppliers to the industry are invited to submit topic-related abstracts for consideration on the proposed agenda.

Participants will have the opportunity to present to a coveted audience at OpEx on Tuesday, May 17, 2016 in the Duke Energy Center in Cincinnati. Preferred topics include:

• Optimizing Your Preventive Maintenance Program 
• Optimizing Your Predictive Maintenance Program
• Managing a Best-in-Class MRO Storeroom
• Obtaining Quick Results from Reliability Centered Maintenance Initiatives
• Successfully Managing a Change of Culture for Optimal Program Results.  

Speakers are expected to provide a technical, non-commercial presentation that will be peer-reviewed by TAPPI prior to the event. Co-presentations in the form of case studies are suggested. With the speaker’s approval, the presentation will be distributed to all PaperCon registrants (about 1,000) with the conference proceedings. To participate, please submit an abstract via the speaker management portal by Dec. 4, 2015.
