Apex Introduces Free Anilox Appraisal Program

The stress caused by common printing problems is often time consuming and expensive. In many respects, searching for the underlying cause in a field of variables is like searching for a needle in a haystack, Apex International, Hapert, The Netherlands, points out.

To address this issue head on, Apex International has established the Apex Anilox Appraisal Program, a free service aimed at addressing costly and avoidable printing challenges. Apex will provide a free, on-site appraisal and present troubleshooting options drawing on its global technical resources.

"As the world leader in anilox technical innovation, Apex is in a unique position to help printers better understand the role that the anilox plays in their process. Our AAA program is designed to provide free resources to address common printing issues while also offering recommendations to increase press speed, ultimately helping our customers make more money," said Doug Jones, VP of Global Marketing for Apex International. "And although the program is intended to improve the Apex experience for our customers, this service is available to anyone looking for solutions to these issues."

More information about this program is available online.

Apex International employs some 300 people and serves more than 5,000 active customers in all markets (corrugated, narrow-web, wide-web, offset, and coating applications) on a global scale. The company operates five production facilities and seven sales offices worldwide.
