Jarczynski Resigns as CEO of Arctic Paper

Michal Jarczynski, CEO of Arctic Paper S.A., Poland, has submitted his resignation, effective July 15. Meanwhile, the company's supervisory board has entrusted the function of acting CEO to Wolfgang Lübbert, a current member of Arctic Paper's management board and sales and marketing director.

Jarczynski has been associated with the Arctic Paper Group since 1998. He was originally employed at its plant in Kostrzyn, which under his leadership became the most productive paper mill in the group. He also oversaw such important processes as inclusion of the Kostrzyn paper mill in the special economic zone, construction of the company's own gas-fired heat and power plant at Kostrzyn, listing of Arctic Paper on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, acquisitions, and the group's debut on NASDAQ OMX in Stockholm.
