Sappi, Brussels, Belgium, will raise prices of coated fine papers (woodfree coated sheets and reels) by at least 7% and uncoated fine papers (woodfree uncoated sheets and reels) by a minimum of 10%, effective September 1. The company attributes the increases to "the continuous rise in input costs that has kept the profitability for the industry at unacceptably low level."
